UCM’s marketing issue is that the world is not aware of the true “miracles” that take place at the hospital. And they happen every day at UCM.

Given the many constituents that impact decisions running the Hospital -- hospital administration, physicians and the board of directors -- our Management Audit process became a critical tool in gaining insights into each constituent’s point-of-view. 

UCM was regionally ranked 6th in US News and World Report before we started working with them. Currently UCM is ranked #3.
